I went to my mechanic for a different issue and he hooked my car to a fancy computer and it says my abs module is going out. My brakes are very strong and only stutter while at low speeds. My rotor and pads seem good.

Does a module make sense? And how can I fix it and where is it? Possible price?

Check to see if either of your brake calipers stick.

One of mine has been for a while. My problem was when I slowed done to make s turn. I would steer to the direction that I wanted to go. But just before s complete stop, the ABS would kick in because it thought I was sliding. When in fact my caliper was sticking.

Lift up the front and spin the wheels. Normally both should spin with little effort.

got some advice a while back which i'll pass on to you. whenever you have any brake related issues always do a fluid replacement and bleed. suction the old fuel from the reservoir get all the soot out then replace with new fluid. then do a bleed. 9-10 be it sticking calipers, or abs issues this will help. You would be surprised how much soot is in the reservoir. This should actually be routine maintenance every 30k miles.
