I'm replacing all four brakes with OEM. I found these GM Genuine front rotors on Rock Auto: 1771194 and 1771193. I need pads and I also need rear rotors plus pads. I had some difficulty finding these other parts. Does anyone have the part numbers please? Also, I will be replenishing the brake fluid. Any recommendations for fluid? Car is a daily driver, period.

did you look at rockauto for the part numbers?

I see front pads as 171-1040, 25940447, or 1711040 depending on vendor. Rockauto is the cheapest I've seen.

Rear rotors 84097593 left, 84097594 right

Rear pads 84732503 special order through Flow, Rock allegedly has them in stock

I discovered a leaking shock yesterday, so I've been among the parts fiches looking up maintenance parts.

Beautiful, you rock! When I get a chance I'll follow thru on these and follow up right here. Thanks.

I would recommend using a less dusting pad if you're daily only. I finally tried Power stop Z26 pads and I'm so glad I did. A huge difference in pad dust and most of it sprayed off during a wash. Saves some money as well!

Just stick with DOT 3 brake fluid since it's a daily.

Front POWER STOP Z261405
Rear POWER STOP Z261718

Original equipment with over 90,000 miles. I'm selling my car to my Son-in-law who is in the Coast Guard, so I want everything up to snuff. Fluids, brakes and tire to begin with.

I only replace rotors if they are under minimum, otherwise I just put on new pads and I've never had a brake problem. I used to get them turned but had more problems, so I quit doing that years ago. You must really like your son-in-law. :D

$1641 later, the parts will be here in a week or so. Four new rotors and four sets of pads. Now, for the installation.

I don't have time right now. I was going to have my mechanic bleed the brakes and install new brake fluid. Mine is almost 7 years old.
