CTS 2008 model, JE5 brakes. Anyone knows what the part numbers for brake pads are? I just hit 94K and will need to replace them shortly.

My guess is: 22825195 - FRONT PADS, 20876917 - REAR PADS.

But I need confirmation.

I checked GM Parts Direct hence my parts numbers. I want OEM pads as they served me well. They have very good longevity and have good performance. In my book they provide good balance.

ACDelco pads are the OEM pads, if you get the correct part number.

171-1088 is the same as GM 22825195. $85.32 thru GM Parts Direct (plus their exorbitant S&H), $82.45 on Rock Auto (with the 5% discount code), $74.24 on Amazon (Prime, free shipping)
171-1021 is the same as GM 20876917. $75.92 thru GM Parts Direct, $76.75 thru Rock Auto, $63.40 thru Amazon Prime

Thanks! I think I will go with Amazon as I have the prime membership.

Rockauto sells all MFG's including OEM ACDelco parts. It's a lot easier to search then through Amazon and other vendors (for me) since it shows you which package it's fore. Like parts will tell you if it's for AWD or FWD, whether its' Direct Injection or Regular and a lot of other things.
