Anyone else ever experienced this? They'll work ever once in a while for one time, then something will trip and neither will work for 5-10 minutes.

Hmm sounds like you have a dead short somewhere, pinched wire maybe?

When looking at the fuse panel, there is one circuit breaker for both front windows, and one each for the rear windows. Maybe the front one is bad.

That kind of makes sense. The car sat out in the sun all day yesterday (it's black), today after sitting in the shop all night, it's working fine. The shop thinks it may be something to do with heat, but I can't have my windows f-ing up everytime the sun shines.

dead short that works more often then not?? sounds like that breaker heating up or high resistance in the circuit. most likely a component in less its been messed with like accident or something after market wired in
