Bose subwoofer stoped working - Have codes

I was listening to music when the I noticed the sub wasnt working, I messed with the fade and it starting working again. The next day same thing but playing with the fade wont help this time. Im getting IRC U1016 & PCM P1189, they are both history but when I clear them they come right back. Help please, I need bass.

Have you checked the wiring at the sub?

I went back there today and noticed it was working, doesnt seem to have as much "thump" as I remember. I think its time to put in my 2 infiniti 12's.
