Hey,

I won this on that auction site. Anyone here have this? What do you think of it?

I saw no reason to replace the rest of the exhaust, but to have a suitcase sized muffler with two tips seems a bit excessive.

I'm very tempted to get this. It just adds a little noise and Borla does a great job of not having any drone on their systems. Let us know how you like it.

Did you make someone an offer? I see three listed and two have a best offer. Can you share which seller you bought from?

Some places hate when you refer to that site. I didn't want to bust a TOS rule and get banned over mentioning EBay.

Billm0066 - check your PM box - I sent you a link to the site and to the same guy I bought mine from.

Got notice from UPS - it was delivered this afternoon, and will be installed tomorrow morning.

Sweet, keep us posted. I'm strongly considering this and really interested to hear how much noise it adds. I really want a system that's about as quiet as oem just driving around, but you can hear at wot. I do real estate for a living so I don't want something loud. I'm also curious to hear how the install goes.

Is "that auction place" Ebay or Quibid or what? Will naming that auction place cause Voldemort to return or is there some other reason to be cryptic?
The dark one is known by the initials "HD" around these hallowed halls.

Pic of the stock suitcase muffler - we did not have a scale handy, but my buddy who owns the shop and I both guesstimated the weight at 20-25 pounds.

Test fitted

Prior to final installation - they weighed about 5 pounds each, so all in all you will lose 15 pounds or so.

The only nit to pick is the clamps - they look great but even torqued all the way down, the pipes could still twist and be pulled out. We elected to weld them in permanently.
