This is usually when my car is not fully warmed up, although it was 85 degrees out today. I start it and drive off (it was 3/4 warm this time) and when it tries shifting to gear 2, it bogs down and loses power for about 1.5-2 seconds, then 'kicks into gear' and is boggy for another second depending on acceleration levels (boggy for another 3 secs if I press hard).

This isn't a rare occurrence.

Any ideas?

... It's been one year since I've had a $700 tune-up. My FPR is one year old and functions fine. Could I have a vacuum leak, and if so, how do I check?

Also, when going WOT the RPMs go half way into the orange before shifting. I really don't think the transmission is slipping because it would be very noticeable. This isn't a slip to my knowledge, it just seems slow and ruins my performance.

EDIT: I'm going to get a can of Brakleen and check for a vacuum leak. Where do I spray it?
