I'm asking for a friend - are there any kits out there that will add Bluetooth audio to the 2002 style radio?

My understanding is that the radios changed after 2003, but I'm looking for a solution for the earlier style with the cassette deck and separate CD player. The main head unit looks like this:

Any help would be very much appreciated!

You could buy an FM transmitter for about $20 on Amazon or replace the unit with a 1factoryradio brand with built in Bluetooth built in the unit. That company also sells their radios on eBay too. Whichever you prefer, either straight from their website or eBay. They also make them without the cassette deck and put the bluetooth button and aux port in place of it instead.

You could buy a chip and watch a YouTube video on how to solder it in. There are sellers selling it already done but they are charging an arm and leg for a $20 chip. You could also get a cassette take that is Bluetooth.
