The front driver side speaker sounds much more quiete and kind of fuzzy in my escalade. Anybody know how much it's going to cost to replace? Thanks in advance.

if you turn the base up, and it sounds like a crumbling sound, and it's unbearable to listen too your speaker is blown. It covered under warranty the same thing happened to me to both my front ones on the doors.

I turned my on max all the time and it never blown or anthing.

They are not cheap... about $350 a piece per component speaker.

Get-r-dun under warranty.

It is near impossible to blow a speaker- I've tried. If I was in your situation, I would pull the door panel off and check the connection to the speaker first- If you dont have warranty. If its ok, buy a new driver from the dealer and install it yourself. This problem could cost 400+ to fix at the dealer-good luck.

if its not under warrenty, put aftermarket components in. you will have better sound & most likely cheaper!
