I changed my battery in my 2010 CTS Cadillac wagon. After turning the the key to on/ off Switch for 3min and then turning it off and and letting car run for 30 seconds as the owners manual suggested my dashboard / speedometer lights are continuing to blink. The car turns on fine , but non of the gauges on the dashboard are responding/ moving. Any suggestions as to what is going on? One You Tube video said it maybe a bad speedometer but my speedometer and guages were working before I changed the battery.
Thoughts, suggestions, answers .. will be much appreciated.

I would remove the ground from the battery terminal and let sit for half hour or so and reconnect and see if it works better. Next thing to do is check all of your fuses.

My initial thought as well. And make sure you connect the vent tube to the battery.
