Billet Grille Emblem

I bought an aftermarket billet grille and want to put an emblem on it. Problem is, the billet grille appears to have more of a "v" in the center of it. Before i buy a new stock emblem i wanted to check to see if anyone else has run into this or if anyone has any advice? Thanks.

Just did the same thing stock emblem works fine used goop

or just buy a "V" emblem...
