One of the codes i got was for a problem with the AIR system. Everything is working but one of the metal tubes that go from the one-way valve to the front exaust manifold broke. Not much of a problem right? well it broke on the threaded part that threads into the exaust manifold, and half of the threads are stuck in the manifold. I have the new tube and stuff but i cant get that threaded part out. I got what they call and easy-out. Basicly you tap it into the bolt(there already was a hole so that was easy) and use a ratchet to turn it out. Well it just stripped the inside hole. I tried running the engine to heat it up, didnt work. I really dont have the money for a new manifold or to pay someone to fix it so do you guys have any ideas?

You need a good tap & die set - then you can just drill/clean this old metal away

Generally speaking, the heat required to get the fitting "broke loose" is far above that which is reached during normal operation of the engine. Therefore, I would suggest that besides replacing the manifold you have two possibilities:
1. Soak the hell out of it with something like "Liquid Wrench" and hope you get it with a fresh tap.
2. Get an acetylene torch and heat the manifold surrounding the fitting (not the fitting itself) and then remove it with the tap.
The problem is the manifold conducts heat so well that it's hard to keep the area around the fitting hot enough to get the fitting loose. Ask any exhaust specialist and they'll tell you that heat from an acetylene torch is their best freind for this kind of thing.
