Belts on my 2005 Deville

I checked the belts on my 2005 DeVille today. I always thought there was only one serpentine belt on that car, I didn't realize it had 2 belts. I noticed the water pump belt was incredibly loose. It looked like I could just pull it off the pulley. It was that loose. I noticed it seemed to be rubbing against the metal adjacent to the top pulley. I don't have any other symptoms.
So I want to change it obviously. I was looking on Amazon. Are there any other parts I should replace along with that belt like a tensioner? Its hard to see in there.
thanks

Regardless of which FWD Northstar car you drive that water pump belt tensioner pulley needs constant inspection after 50,000 miles. If it seizes it means instant overheat and the repair bill can be quite high - like over $350+.

The larger (ribbed) drive pulley is TIGHTLY pressed onto the intake cam extension. Remove and replace it correctly or that gets hideously expensive, too. There may still be a black plastic thread protector screwed into the drive pulley hub center. Torx bit.
