OK some of you wont know what a Rover 75 V8 is.

its this: http://www.nextcar.com.au/i.rover.75.V8.2004.8.JPG

I thought it would be a challenge since this car also has a 4.6 V8. Allthough he only has 260bhp :sneaky:

They are few and far between, but as i was driving down to the sea wall so i could take a walk on the sands, it appeared in my rear view. I was in the STS. The road i was on is very twisty, and the STS doesnt like it at all. I wasnt really going that fast, but i was doing about 40mph in the bends, and 50 on the straights. Perfectly adequate.

There is a straight about a mile long downhill from the town i live in, and he must have been flying down there when he caught me. He was behind me for maybe three minutes, then he came up to my back bumper. I was worried about beingr ear ended since you have to brake alot on these roads, so i put my foot down a bit (we were on a straight). he increased his speed when i did. The road goes to dual carrigeway after a roundabout. He was behind me on the roundabout, then he pulled alongside me on the dual section, so i floored it. He put a good fight up, but he couldnt keep up with me, by the end of the straight he was about 3 cars lengths behind me.

I thought it was a nice little kill there :D

LOL

The standard model is more appealing, it goes for the classic british Rover look.

That one just has the big intake because it is intended as a sportier MG version, thats basically what it is.

Its also RWD for the V8 model

I had a new V6 Tourer model in 2002, it was really nice, and they have beautiful interiors.

The regular Rovers are pretty nice looking inside and out. (although all the stuff is on the wrong side of the interior and that throws me off.) The 75 V8 one is indeed fugly.

The Regular models are nicer, my 02 V6 Tourer versionw as a beauty, my wife made me sell it in favour of a Volvo though :(

They were sold on the continent, so LHD models do exist, i just pulled the first decent photos i found and they had the RHD steering wheel.

Vauxhalls?

Theyre alright, like Chevrolet to you guys.
