So I got "all" the Bank 2 Sensor 1 DTCs. But I don't always trust DTCs. However, this was pretty convincing:

  • P0050 (HO2S Heater Control Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1)
  • P0059 (Heater Resistance Bank 2 Sensor 1)
  • P0154 (HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 1)
  • P0155 (HO2S Heater Performance Bank 2 Sensor 1)
  • P1153 (HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 2 Sensor 1)

When I actually took a closer look though, I consider this confirmation:
602685
602686

I wish I knew who mangled my O2 sensor, but I'm pretty sure that is probably why it was throwing codes! Lol

Yessir, the angular attributes cause excessive electron leakage! Supposed to be straight as you know! That's had a ruff life!

I just put almost 600 miles on her today, no codes until about an hour from the final stop. I have a couple others I need to figure out, all in all though it drives great! I brought my scanner with me so I can check the recurring codes tomorrow.
