I just got off the phone with Cadillac. they said the part would be arriving by the end of December or first part of January.I have been back ordered on the same part. I got the driver's liner. It has been on order since July.
Though it's a Cadillac, to GM, it's just another GM product. Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, it's all the same as far as parts supply goes.I expected better customer service from GM's premier brand, and even with the current supply chain problems, 9 months wait for a crash repair part is unacceptable. 🙏

I contacted Customer Service, they gave me a contact and case number, then they said they had contacted the Dealers parts manager and told him he'd have the part by the end of December, or first part of January. Car's in the body shop at the reassembly stage, with or without the liner. I haven;t heard anything about the part arriving yet, so probably not here yet. The call to customer service was pretty long cause i was determined to get some one to tell me something. They didn't seem to interested till they heard that I, and several others, had been waiting over 7 months for it.Have either of you received an eta on the fender liner yet? I’m waiting on one as well as a grille.

Needs to be posted on the WTF Thread, lol.Just got off the phone with Cadillac, (30 min.) and boy were they confused. Somehow the order had the correct dealers name but the wrong city. that and a few other things had confused the order and one place showed nothing ordered and another showed the order so we don't know if, or when, the part was ordered by the dealer. This has been escalated and I hope to hear more soon, I'll keep ya updated as best i can.

Did you get the part, Dino?I just got off the phone with Leslie, the support rep, she said they have told her the part will arrive on the 20th. we arn't sure if they meant February or March, so if its not here by Monday (2-10-23) I'm suppose to call her back. She did tell me they have not given the wheelhouse liner a new part number. I hope we all have our part soon, so contact your parts guy and have them check on it again.
