The sound you are hearing is most likely the effects of the a/c compressor clutch bearing going bad. When that bearing goes bad it allows the pully to go crooked and touch the clutch plate thus causing the sound.
I'm not sure where the fuse is for the sunroof as I don't have one on my car. I would guess that its in the fuse panel located under the drivers side dash board. Don't try to force the window back into place because you might end up cracking the glass or making things worse if you don't know what you're doing.
