Does anybody know of a dealer accepting orders? If so, is the dealer adding a markup to the vehicle?

What area are you in? I worked with 8 dealers in my state. Most are charging a mark up of $4-6k. Every one adds absurd dealer installed extras like a $3k ceramic coating.

It was like pulling teeth, but I finally worked a deal with no market adjustment and no dealer add-ons. I placed my order last week.

I am in Washington. Where are you? I am certainly willing to travel to purchase this car. I want to pick my options because I do not want most of them.
Where are you located? Are you willing to travel or pay to have the vehicle transported? I could give you my sales rep contact info.
Working with a dealer in the north Atlanta area in Georgia. Might be too far for you. Happy to share info though if you decide you want it.

I have confirmed a few 2023 CT4 BW have arrived here in Houston With many more still await transportation “in transit”. We have two Track Editions on order in our family. Watkins Glen production scheduled date is 11/7/22 for that order and the Road Atlanta order production scheduled on 1/27/23.
Hopefully, this will happen. If transportation ontinues to be a problem after production, may opt for the enclosed shipping option, although pricey at $3,500.

Thanks for the information. I want to order one, but only at MSRP. The used car market will be going down considerably which will affect new car sales also. I doubt if dealers will be able to sell cars above MSRP in 6 months.

A dealer in the Northwest is asking 84k for a used 2022 CT4 Blackwing. It probably had a MSRP around 72k with the options on it. With the used car market ready to take a dive, I can't imagine anyone in their right mind paying this ridiculous price for this car. I am very willing to travel in order to buy one. But I won't pay a dollar over MSRP or accept a car with the phony ad ons that the dealer puts on the car. I am still quite happy with my ATS-V, but if the opportunity presents itself to move up to the Blackwing, I am all in.

Trinity Cadillac in Englewood Cliffs NJ has a wave metallic blackwing auto for $74,850 which is MSRP. You'd have to ship it to the left coast of course.

Thank you. I do need to build one because I want specific options. The sports seats are uncomfortable. My ATS-V Recaro seats are great. Not so on the Blackwing. The bottom seat bolsters are very uncomfortable. I am talking with dealers trying to get a build, but haven't been able to accomplish this. Most of the dealers in my area want a lot of markup over MSRP and I refuse to do this. The dealers would love my trade in. My car is about as perfect as one could have. People can't believe its almost a 6 year old car. It looks brand new.
The dealer in the Northwest who is asking 84k for a 1 year old Blackwing is way overpriced. It had a MSRP of around 64k. 20k over MSRP and it is a used car with 6k miles on it. This is ridiculous. The dealers need to get a reality check. Who would pay this kind of money?
I found my CT4V Blackwing in Miami at MSRP 2 weeks ago with just what we were looking for.

This is from a Facebook group. There’s a used one for sale in Washington State. Looks pretty loaded with both carbon fiber packages.

Thanks for the information. We went to this dealership to purchase an Audi RS5 and Cindy was the salesperson. Nice lady. We didn't buy it. The steering and handling were not good enough in the RS5. It's hard for me to let go of my ATS-V. Although, I would let it go for a Blackwing. If the seats are the same as a black one that I saw, this won't work for me. I found the bottom bolsters to be hard and they cut into the sides of my legs. I need to order one, but I have yet to find a dealer who will give me an allocation and a price of MSRP. I guess I will have to keep my ATS-V for now and keep looking.
I tried to order one. They agreed not add in a dealer markup, but I was not able to order one due to them not building them. They didn’t know when they would resume either. Got lucky and found one on a lot 2 hours away with no markup. Obviously I bought it!
