I just recently hit a huge pothole and bent the front driver's side rim (inside part).

Can this be hammered out or replaced?

If replaced, should I have the Cadillac dealership replace it or take it to a local body shop? Should I order the rim online and take it to a body shop? Thoughts?

How much do you think the dealer would charge to replace the rim? The part number is 9598563. This is a 17" alloy rim for a 2.0 turbo, 2013 Cadillac ATS.

Please let me know my best option...
