ATS 2.0t with codes and problems

Hi everyone, first time doing this, I have a 2013 ATS 2.0T 130,000 miles and I am stumped. I got the car for cheap as it was sitting for a while and needed work. Got it running and been driving it trying to get the kinks out. Was throwing a lean code and I replaced spark plugs, pcv valves, upstream o2, and a MAF sensor. Turns out the vacuum lines for the motor mounts might have had a small crack in it. So I plugged that vacuum line and haven’t gotten the lean code back yet. (Haven’t driven it enough for the fuel system monitor to set/ go through its cycle) It’s throwing pending codes p0133 and p0137 currently. Also I should say that mostly on cold starts if left idling for more than a minute it will start to misfire and then stall out. My scanner shows that it misfires on every cylinder. I’ve been a mechanic for the last 14 years and this has me stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I believe those pending codes refer to the downstream instead of the upstream O2 sensor so I would focus upon it. That would make sense that it dies after cold idling for a minute or so because that would be in the time period that the ECM is trying to go from open to closed loop mode and bad reading from the downstream sensor would start to be used as it enters closed loop mode.

Did the seller state why the car had been sitting? Maybe some direction with that info.

How does the fuel trim look now compared to before you replaced the O2 and MAF sensors and plugged the vacuum leaks?

Have you checked the intake manifold for cracks? How is the intake manifold gasket?

Did you replace the MAF with an OEM AC Delco sensor or is it aftermarket?
I have sprayed around the intake with brake clean. I have also smoke tested the motor.

The MAF was not oem. When I noticed there was no change I ended up putting in the factory one
