I have 92 deville. One day while driving, my car started missing, and the odometer quit reading. Also, the relays to the radiator fans kept cycling. I replaced th relays today, and its still doing the same thing. I did the obd, nothing shows cept f 32, (mapi sensor) replaced that as well.
It acts like there is a short somewhere. Can anyone help?

I would recommend trying to fix hte miss first because this could be a cause of your other problems.

Check your coil packs by measuring the resistance across the terminals by disconnecting the plug wires etc. If thats all ok then check the plugs to see if htey are fouled.

You might have to take it to the dealer because it seems as if it is all related possibly and it may be electrical.

Check the battery cables for corrsion.
:yeah:
Check the ground cables especially, the one from the battery to the engine block and the one on your alternator.
Check both connections on either end of each cable.

Coil Packs? Don't all of us 4.9 owners wish we had DIS. Try tapping on the computer, if your ignition system is in otherwise good repeair. A malfunction here would cause a miss and Digital ODO failure. Sounds like a short, but so narrow it down to inside the ECM or in the harness. Chrysler 3.5's are known for melting injector portions of the wiring harnesses when the cats. cause an over heat situation. So check your grounds and tap that ECM.
