I hate to say it, but I believe "we told you so"....... :)

I cant picture what it looks like, but if you cant figure it out, the upholstery shop should be able to get it off for you......

Id just take it there and have them take it off....... it shouldnt take more than a few minutes to get it off.... maybe someone with your car will be able to chime in......

At the back of the switch panel is a notch. Insert a long, thin bladed screw driver in it, and push almost straight down (slight angle under the panel). This will push a spring clip forward and release the panel. Once that's lifted out (hook at front, clip at rear), 2 phillips screws on a large bracket are visible. Pull those, and then look under the 2 light fixtures for the other 2. Pop the cover like you're going to change the bulb, and then sqeeze together the 2 clips that hold the whole fixture in. Once it's pushed out of the way, you'll see the other 2 screws. On second thought, pull the 2 BACK screws first, or you'll drop the armrest on your head like I did... Hope that helps.
