Anyone know how much coolant is in the system of an '05 2.8L CTS?

Need to do a flush, would like to know how much to buy.

Anybody know what part of the service manual this procedure is in? I'd like to know if there are any air bleed plugs or any special procedures to accomplish the 100,000km job.
