Anyone install the AR headers yet?

I just got an email saying my headers are on the way.

I am going to do the dyno my car next week stock and with Jesse's tune and then head to the dyno again after I get the headers installed.

Anyone have any install tips for the headers and any idea how long the install should take?

A buddy of mine owns a Landrover shop and he is going to do it for me, but I would like to have a ballpark idea of what it entails so I can give him an idea of what he will have to do.
