Anyone have this problem?

So I went to EZ lube to get an oil change for my 03' and they said after 20 min of messing around with my car that they dont have the correct tool to take my oil plug off. They said they had the correct socket for it but there is a bar across the way that is blocking it and they do not have a correct length socket to take it out.. This happened at that same EZ Lube 6 months ago and they stripped my Oil plug .. Has anyone else had this problem?

When I changed the oil, I just used a 13mm ratcheting wrench. I think there is plenty of room for a socket and ratchet.
And these are the people you let work on your vehicle?
No more haha! they said some kind of bar was in the way.. wierd! do u all have 03's?

Bar was in the way until 2 am.
I had the oil changed on my 03 about two months ago and I didnt have a single problem, in and out in 15 minutes. try going to valvoline or a local shop.
Ya Im gonna try a different shop.. Thank you all!
Search "oil change" there are some great threads here with pics of how to change oil.
