By chance does anyone have a carfax account to run a vin for me?

If you are serious about buying a car why not spring for the Carfax yourself? Everytime you see a car you gonna mooch Carfax off of someone?

Its not that expensive.

I had an account that expired. Carfax makes you wait a certain amount of time before you can get another one. I asked for 1 vehicle check. When I had my account I was on another forum and gladly helped anyone that asked for one. Thanks for all your help. A simple "no" would've sufficed.

Not as detailed as CarFax, but will give you some insight. It would appear the '04 you are looking at has a significant amount of mileage.

My wife is chewing me out, but I just washed my CTS, while everyone in the neighborhood is boarding up their windows. It helps me relax. Plus its America and I am free to do as I feel.

Gotta go out now and apply a coat of Meguires Gold Class before tucking her into the garage for the hunkering down phase of the event.
