Mine's leaking rain water very specifically off the airbag button on the driver's side A-pillar at 113k miles. Hopefully it doesn't fill the airbag and deploy it, lol. I'm wondering how to get the panel off to look behind it. Hurricane season's just starting down here in Florida...bad timing.

Never had the windshield replaced. Mine is an '06 so it does have a sunroof though.

Maybe related maybe not... Just a few days ago I heard water sloshing around and it took a while to figure out it was in the right front door. I initially thought it was the sunroof. Thank God it wasn't. Turns out the drains on the seal at the bottom of the door were clogged. No idea how the water got in there... There was heavy rain a few days prior.

Thanks darkman. Seems easy enough to do. Might be worth checking to see if water/rain is getting in there and finding its way into the door.

Just to follow up in case anyone else has the same problem, I finally got mine apart and found (at least I'm 95% sure) that the sunroof drain tube had come out or was just extremely loose in it's top rubber coupling, and then water was running along the outside of the tube or the speaker wire until it found the first place to escape. When I pulled the headliner down a couple inches the drain tube just fell out. It was clear of any blockages, so that didn't cause the problem. If I had to guess, I'd bet the hot florida sun just made the rubber coupler too soft to hang on anymore, and the tube doesn't have a flange or anything mechanical to keep it in place. I put it back together with some rubber cement and a zip tie for security and it seems to be holding water just fine now. Here are a few pics in case it helps anyone else out:

Just another follow up to this, I don't know what's causing the sunroof drain tube to come out but it did again. Maybe the A-pillar clips allow the tube to slide one way easier than the other and with heat cycles it shimmies it's way out, idk. Anyway the glue peeled right off the smooth parts, so this time I roughed up the plastic tube and rubber grommet both with some 60 grit and put it back together with CA on the inside, and shoegoo on the outside to make sure I got a good seal. Feels a hundred times stronger, recommend doing this in the first place to anyone having this issue.
