I searched but didn't find anything...I was curious if anyone here with a first generation V has bought a second generation (09+ model V ) honeycomb style grille?

Personally I think the V1 grill looks better than the V2.

If I'm not mistaken the V2 Grille is plastic and the V1 is real wire mesh. Why would you step down in quality for a look? Plus, I like the V1 wire mesh better. -Just sayin
