I did a search and came up with mixed results. I'm looking to have all lights done (tails, 3rd, side, backup, and fogs). Any one stop shops?

I don't know what shop does it in your area but there is a special kind of film that tint shops are using for tails.

It is very thick and stretchable to fit curves etc.
It is designed to transmit the light from tails.
It has a kind of brown color but looks dark smoke when placed over red tails.

I had my Back Up lights done with that film.
It is an expensive film, but it does what it needs too.
If a shop trys to use regular window-tint-film on your tails don't let them.

I'd rather have a longer term option. I've done my own niteshades in the past, and they have come out decent. But I'd rather have a professional job done on the V.

I would love to know what mixture they use of paint and clear and have a local shop do it.
