Anti theft reset

I am having trouble with my 90 DeVille. After I replaced the battery it won't start. From what I have been told I probably activated the anti theft system. Does anyone know how to reset it?

The only way I know of is to stick the key in the door lock and turn it like normal

I tried that. The electric locks dont work and the only way i can lock it is with the key. Will that make a differnce? I also used two different keys.
Do the interior lights come on? Maybe there's something wrong with the battery.

Yes it tries to start but the injectors are not firing. It ran fine before I changed the battery. It has plenty of fuel pressure and it is getting fire to the plugs. When you first try to start it it will fire once and then it just turns on the starter. If you pump the gas pedal it will sputter like its trying to start. I have narrowed it down to the injectors not firing and I was told that if the anti theft system has been activated that that will keep it from firing. I was just wondering if it might have to be locked from the electric locks and not outside using the key to get it to reset.
