Yes. We also received both the navigation and roof drain official recalls in the mail in the past couple of weeks. However, because I check the GM recall site myself on a regular basis and provide our dealer with the official recall number, they order any necessary parts and schedule an appointment as soon as they have everything they need. May be right away or within a very few days. They fix what's wrong and I drive away with the recall accomplished at no charge and long before we get the official recall in the mail. I'm just glad they are fixing these design problems even though out of warranty. Now just need to do one for water in headlights and cold squeak strut bushing, awd problem with rear diff , and would cover most of the major problems that shouldn't have happened.... Wife really likes the 2011 SRX.
