Check your sway end links mine were loose, you'll have to jack up and relieve weight otherwise you won't find it.
Get those QA1 shocks on the car. You're missing out on some good times while waiting for the stockers to wear out!Am getting a little clunk on short interval (small) bumps at city speeds. Thoght it might be the sway bar end links or sway bar itself. Checked these. They are tight. Checked other suspension fasteners, and they are also tight.
I am thinking that at 53K miles, my front shocks may be failing. No signs of leakage from them, nor is there any change in ride and handling. It is just that this sound/clunk reminds me of another car I had with old shocks and similar sound.
I have some QA1 shocks that I have had on the shelf waiting until my OEMs wear out. I think I will install the fronts and see if this eliminates the noise.
It's for the "thunk" with the GC kit ... sorry, won't help you.... So what is "Feffman's fix"?
