ok, i think i'll soon have the $$$ scraped together to get some new wheels and i have it narrowed down to 3 that i like. just wanted some opinions on which, if any, of these people like. No discussions on black wheels please, they look cool but i prefer chrome. No rim size discussions, i'm going with 18's.

1. I really like the verde 5ive, but wonder if they would look better on something like a nissan or infinity.
2. I also like the zenetti stella, there's a picture of an xlr with them on that D3 thread about the $300 wheel sale.
3. I also keep coming back to these motto mt550's. They are definitely different than the other 2, i kinda get that american muscle car feel with these, really like them.

Also, any tips on good tires would be appreciated, i'm thinking something like kumhos. These are going to be summer only wheels so i want a performance tire.

yeah, i'm leanin towards the motto's, guess i'm just old school when it comes to chrome rims, just think they would look tough on the cts, i'm afraid something like the verde's would give a ricer look. but on the other hand, i do have nice painted calipers and d&s rotors, so maybe the wide open 5-spoke design would show them off better. aaaargh, too hard to decide, no matter what I end up buying, i'm sure i'll have buyer's remorse.

i like #1 one the best. But you CANT go wrong with the oem polished 17's or the STS polished 18's.

Kurt check out Diablo wheels. They had some pretty nice designs I thought would look good on a CTS.

I like no.3the best. They look exactly like my wheels,only there called Armano Dumanis. :thumbsup:

Here are the wheels put on the CTS. Excuse the two of them that are out of perspective. I am at home and don't have PhotoshopCS2. I have Photoshop 6 and it doesn't have the warp feature that I would be able to get the rims more even and not distorted. It gives you a quick look. I would also go to Google and see the rims on other cars to get an overall feel.
