mikie it looks real nice......did you get all the push pins in.....i know the 4 bottom push pins are a pain..............
lol its smiling at me :)
Thanks for the kind words, guys!!

Push pins at the bottom?? Ummm.... welll....! LOL!

I think I got two of the four in. I pushed them in, then bent them forward a bit as I slid the grille into the grooves.

The grille is really extremely solid with all the other pins, that the thought of removing the entire bumper for two pins at the bottom... I said forget it.

I actually lost two of them! LOL!

However, I may order the pins from the dealer and stick them in, from the top, downwards. Just a thought.

But it really is solid.

I LOVE IT!!!!!

Nikon wanted to see the bird, and bdrex28 asked me in a PM to see my old grille... SO, here's a pic that i have of both...

Here you go:

Here are a bunch more pics of the bird, if you're interested:

ram air, drool

that car is soo nice, still looks awesome till this day. does not look outdated, has some sort of a timelessness to it for me. that thing looks so mean is looks like its gonna jack my lunch money or sumthin. congrats on a classic imo.
The sport grille is DEFINITELY the best look! :highfive:
I totally agree.

I do like the stock grille. Always enjoyed it.

Yet for 2 years, I've been scouring various sponsors and websites, looking for a 'better' grille.... The V one... the Billet one... etc. etc...

All are nice... but none really 'did it' for me.

Then, when I saw a CTS with this Sports grille... WOW!.... that was it. Love at first sight!

It kinda brings up the car to a 2007-2008 vibe... like it has remnants of the Cadillac 16 concept car, or the gorgeous 2007 escalade.

I think it gives a 2004 CTS a whole new 2007 look. And much more agressive...

I am totally happy with the purchase!

The only problem I have with the sport grill is that it looks cheap with that plastic. To each his own.
