Ok so the drive shaft does not bolt up to the pinion! The bolts/bolt holes do not line up? Im not sure If I have a weird pinion yoke? Or the drive shaft shop put on the wrong u-joint adapter? I know the 8.8 I have came out of a 89? Mark 8...did they have different pinion yokes? I will post some pictures here soon.

Everything else on the car is In and done. 4 simple bols are keeping me from driving it!

FML This is jusy my luck/stupidity to do this on a holiday weekend.

sorry to break it to ya but you have the wrong pinion flange installed.. you need the cobra pinion flange.

----------

you will need a 3 or 2 jaw puller to get it off once you pull of the nut... count the threads measure ect.. unless you get it perfect you will get howling if you over tighten it you will bind the gears.. there is no torque setting its done by "feel"
