Hey guys, I'm having an alternator issue. When I cold start the car I have a high pitched whine noise and if I'm sitting at idle my headlights and all other lights dim and brighten for as long as I'm idling along with drops in the battery voltage from normally 14.1 to 13.5 or 13.0. I have located all bolts holding in the alternator just not sure of size the bolts are. I did a test fitting to see what size wrench I'd need and I think it was a 5/8 I had in hand, it sat on the bolts and turned one of them but not so much on the others and my early morning dumb kicked in and can't remember what is the size down from 5/8. And I notice a notch in the tension pulley arm that says "lift ?" and I'm not sure what I would use to insert into the notch to move it. Thanks for the help in advance fellas

9/16 if standard or 14 if metric I'm sure there are other none standard/ conventional sizes in between.
the belt pulley hole might be 1/2 end of a breaker bar.

They are metric, the tensioner uses 1/2 drive breaker bar to release tension.
