No check engine light. No tune up. Current mileage 220000 almost 221000

I replace plugs and wires every 100k per service schedule. Makes a big difference in performance. I would start there. Rick Auto has best prices on OEM plugs and wires

Spark plugs are new but coil packs and wires aren’t.

You could try disconnecting the mass air flow sensor and see if it idles better. Disconnecting the mass air flow sensor puts the engine in default mode. If it does then you can try cleaning the sensor.

True. I have cleaned It before but haven't notice a drastic change but I have seen a small improvement.
