Hi - my 75 Cadillac Deville seems to have headlight surround panels that are too low. The horizontal chrome trim doesn't match up with the chrome trim of the parking light lenses. Are these adjustable (in this case up), so that they align with the parking light lense surrounds?

Yes. The headlight assembly can be shimmed from below to adjust trim alignment.
