Cadillac Customer Service, a specific bug that is greatly hindering the ability to improve default sound settings is as follows:
In the vehicle audio settings, sound modes it shows Front as active. When attempting to change this mode you are kicked out of the menu back to Audio settings. The options that should show and be available to select are Front, Stereo, and Surround 3D. (These options are quickly visible before the screen returns to the main Audio settings screen). I believe this significantly impacts the AKG audio performance.
Today my dealer applied the latest software updates for the audio system per patch process 24-NA-132 2887858: WCC 0SYZ260138297 80BZ260137844 OSYY260140127. None of these corrected the issue with the inability to set the audio sound mode.

Fix should have been made available on Friday last week at dealers.
