My '91 Deville has a functioning A/C but it doesn't have much airflow out of the registers at the floor or the dashboard. I installed a new blower motor and the A/C has been serviced and blows very cold air, but at low volume though I can hear the blower moving air.

The code it throws is "Air Mix Door Problem" in the list of codes I got here on the Tech Tips pages.

Does anyone know how to check the air mix door in the system, or know of any info online that shows how to work with this problem?

Thanks,
Ed

You are going to need a FSM or a subscription to alldatadiy so see where the actuator is and how to get to it. That said, "air mix" would affect temperature not flow. Check to make sure that the HVAC housing on the firewall is not cracked and allowing the air to escape under the hood.
