What pump ?? What car ?? What year ?? What engine ?? Please update your profile to show correct information - it sure helps with diagnosis.

What year ? Which engine ?

This forum is for general chit-chat - vehicle repair and maintenance belongs in the specific vehicle forum.

Please update your profile to show correct info and we'll put your 2 identical posts into the correct forum.

EDIT: Posts merged, OP posts merged, thread moved from the Lounge to Seville.

Re: air injection pump

Like Sub said, update your profile. The year would be a big help. These diagrams are for a 2000+

Your battery is under your back seat...

The pump is mounted to the engine cradle, in front of the left front wheel. You need to remove the plastic air deflector between the bumper and cradle to access it.

Does it go under my battery having a hard time with the black and white
No, the AIR pump is in front of the LF wheelhouse (#2)

This is a Deville (exploded view), but yours is in the same place.
