has anyone come across aftermarket rear bumpers/plastic valence's for the CTS? I am looking at changing mine to a more aggressive style. Have only seen two online and both were pretty lame.

only one ive ever seen really was this one

Its too overdone in my opinion, although i really like the kit on the silver CTS they have on that site. Your best bet for a more aggressive bumper without looking too tacky, would probably be to go with a V bumper.

thanks. have seen that one before - dont like it. whats the difference in the v bumper? the silver one dosent look bad but that lower shroud should extend across the whole length of the rear. what i dont like about the cadillac stock cts bumper is how it angles up from the wheel well to the back of the car. looks cheap. the bumper should around the width of the rear car starting flush with the lower side skirts and retain that. i am in the process of designing my own but wanted to see if others were available before taking it to have it moulded.

heres an example similiar to what im doing but it will flow more closely with the body lines of the cts, without looking gaudy. of course not everyone is going to like it, but its not meant for everyone else to like - its what i like.

There is a thread that shows a CTS with the trim on the lower part of the bumper just like the STS's. A more European look (like an Audi A4) Can't recall were he got the part. To see it go to the Cadillac official site and go to STS gallery, it'll give you a better idea of the look.
