aftermarket non-oem navigation questions

I want to get a touch-screen navigation for my 07 CTS (with Bose system), but I just want the navigation, I don't want it to interfere with my regular radio controls, and I don't need any other function (internet, bluetooth, iPod integration, etc). I'm looking for a navigation that I can put in place of the CD player slot, not just a hand-held one. Any company make such products?

www.peripheralelectronics.com offers interfaces that allows you to install a new headunit while keeping all the good stuff you have (Bose Sound, steering wheel controls...)

yea sure there r things like that, but for the amount of work ur going to need to do for it to fit properly, and the money, u might as well get a nice screen or a tom-tom type gps
