Aftermarket HIDs bouncing

Just curious if this is normal... my aftermarket HIDs look like the light bounces and jiggles sometimes. I notice it a lot when I pull into my garage. Doesn't take a lot to make it happen. Anyone else have this or maybe I should look into if the bulbs are kinda loose.

Its more than likely the install of the bulbs. There is no other reason it would move like that. Unless you didnt get the head lights in right.
