I have an 02 2wd escalade with 20" American Racing wheels and 285 50 20's, which are worn out. I have had this setup since i bought the car new in 2002. I am finally thinking it's either time to get these rims powder coated black (i have them plasti dipped now) or go with something like a TBSS gloss black 22 or a KMC Slide 22". What do you guys think for a stock height Escalade? I saw one with 22's and 305 45 22's, and i liked that look on the NBS.

I have gone through numerous old threads on here, and just can't pull the trigger yet. I'll post a pic of my car here shortly.

Also, i have 160K on the original shocks, but they seem to still ride ok...Is it my imagination or have i gotten used to a rough ride? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm ok with getting new 20" rims too, but they just seem a little small for today's standards. When i bought the 20's , it's all that was out there!
