Advice on regular shocks instead of stock air suspension on 05 ext

Everybody is telling me to switch out my air suspension in the rear of my 05 ext so it can go even lower. I don't know what kind of regular shocks would be good . Any advice on what company or what model #? I see a lot of guys dropped and its very even. Mine is high in the rear because the rear always raises...Did u guys put in regular shocks ??? Thanks a lot.
