When the adaptive cruise control activates because the vehicle in front slows down, do the brake lights come on to notify the vehicle behind ????

Thanks

Yes that is a good question. While using it I've actually come to a complete stop, such as at a toll booth, and then accelerated to cruising speed again, all while never touching the brake. It works great. I'm going to test out the front emergency braking by driving at 70 towards a bridge abuttment and not touch the brakes and see if it stops me. I'll let you know how that goes.
...Or... maybe you won't be able to let us know how it went!
