does someone know how to activate the DRL in a Seville STS ´97 ?
can it be programmed on its own by entering some code ?
thanks for help, as we now have to drive with light on all day in Austria.

I thought DRL was standard and did not need activation.

They are on my 97...maybe theres a wireing problem. turn the twilight switch on and see if that works.

This is actually an IPC Override. There is a feature that sets the IPC for export country. If you set it to US, then the DRLs should come on automatically; however, you may lose another functionality designed for whatever country it was exported to.

I am not at home to post the instructions on the override. Hopefully, someone with a service manual can look it up for you in the meantime. It involves going into diagnostics mode.
