Accessin the fuel pump

I have a 1983 el dorado, well its time for a fuel pump. I did a search and did not find out if I needed to drop the tank, or as some years have a access hole. Sure would like it to be the latter. Any information would be helpful.
Of all the manuals I have in the garage, not one for this car. I did find a 1967 Caddilac shop manual from GM, but thats not going to help.

I'm pretty sure you are going to have to drop the tank.
