Ac delco oil supplement

Has anybody used Ac delco oil supplement,if yes what are your views about it does it work or its another as B B O B would have said "Hope in a bottle"

Its just an oil additive, has extra things in it like: PTFE (a teflon additive to reduce wear and aid in anti-friction) and ZDP (zinc antiwear/antioxidant additive). Ive put similar additives in other engines and it made one a little smoother (w/ an oil change) but thats all you would notice as its all internal.

GM usually puts it in new engines for the added protection on break-in and the first startup. On most engines and applications its exactly ashe described it; hope in a bottle.

I don't understand the Canadian idioms. What is B B O B, ashe and HE?

No "Canadianisms" here lol ...

Im not sure why - but he had to break away from this place for a while. All I know and all I want to say about it.

Oh and inconnu, you meant 122,000km right? Thats still pretty young as far as mileage/km goes. Cant hurt to dump some in once and a while though - for example, once a year.

Thanks for the info on HIM Jeff,and it is 122k miles (I used calculator to convert it

its about 195Kmeters on canadian scale)

No idioms my frined,that is/was nick of forum member,very impressive if you ever read his post you should know what i mean by impressive and i must tell you in this forum we are lucky that we have people like Jeff,San collizano (i hope i spelt it right),B B O B and not to forget Allen,Omer and other smart people whom we can turn to,when the chips are down.
